What You Can Expect From Us
The same Providers and care this community has grown to know and love for 7 years. We will be dedicated to maintaining the same relationships with hospitals and referring offices. Please be patient with us while we gather patient information for our new system.
Our Mission
We believe that Medical Providers work hard to gain the knowledge in attempt to treat ailments and illnesses. We believe in continually educating ourselves with the laws of healthcare, and medical advancements, as healthcare is ever changing. The strongest belief system we have, lives within our patients. It is our goal for each patient to experience a good interaction with the Provider and staff. Our team realizes that our patients come to see us when they are feeling their worst, and they deserve our very best! We Pride ourselves on listening to the patient, then applying learned skills to help find a diagnosis and/or cure. Our community is an extended family to us. We will be honest, hardworking and loyal to the Millbrook Community as it has always been to our staff.

Dr. Wooldridge is a board-certified family medicine physician. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama – Birmingham Selma Family Medicine Program, and is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Wooldridge enjoys fishing, motorsports and spending time with his family

CO-OWNERRick Lauderdale is a certified physician’s assistant. He is an Alabama native and completed his undergraduate studies at Central Alabama Community College and Auburn University.
Rick graduated magna cum laude from The Medical College of Georgia as a physician’s assistant. Rick has also completed three years of medical school with plans of returning to finish in the future. He has spent the last 14 years working in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine in the River Region. He is board-certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician’s Assistants.
In his spare time, Rick enjoys college football and spending time with his wife and children.
